With more then 30 million copies in print worldwide the Wheel of Time comics promise to take readers on a journey through time. The Wheel of Time is a wheel with seven spoke, and each spoke representing a different age. Then there is the battle between light led by the dragon and the dark that is led by Shai’tan the Dark One.

The story starts with Egwene collecting water and bringing it back to her village as everyone is coming together for a semi-annual sheering. As she is distributing the water she spots the one that she is supposed to marry when she gets older Rand al’Thor.

The children are called together by the Mayor that just happens to be Egwene’s father. Once all the boys gather around story time is about to begin and from there the dragon enters the picture.

The art work is good and has an almost comical look to the story and when the story gets down and dirty so does the art work. The team from Dabel Brothers had extensive notes from Robert Jordan and they put that to good work.

Cover Art (1-5): 4.5 – good detail, the foreground and background work well with each other.
Art (1-5): 3.5 – The artwork has an almost comical look to it, but it does work with the story.
Story (1-5): 4 – As with most of Dabel Brothers releases they did a good job converting the story and keeping it to the original.
